Minimum Essential Coverage
Provides cash benefits to help offset costs from covered accidents, hospital stays, surgeries, and follow-up care. Includes payments for fractures, dislocations, diagnostic exams, rehabilitation, accidental death, and organized sports injuries. Benefits support financial recovery by paying directly to members regardless of other coverage.
Dental
Covers preventive, basic, and major dental services to support oral health and reduce out-of-pocket costs. Benefits include routine exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns, and other restorative care. Members gain access to a nationwide provider network, helping ensure affordable, quality dental care with predictable costs
Vision
Offers coverage for routine eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses to help maintain healthy vision. Members benefit from access to a large national network of eye care providers and discounts on additional vision services, making ongoing eye care more affordable and accessible
Hospital Insurance
Pays cash benefits directly to you for hospital stays due to covered accidents, illnesses, or childbirth, helping with out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and co-pays. Includes daily stay and ICU benefits, a wellness screening reward, and coverage for spouses and children. Coverage is portable if employment changes and compatible with HSAs.
Accident Insurance
Provides cash benefits for covered injuries from accidents on or off the job, helping with expenses like hospital stays, surgeries, rehab, and follow-up care. Includes payments for fractures, dislocations, burns, and accidental death, plus wellness and safety incentives. Coverage extends to spouses and children and is portable if employment changes.
Critical Illness
Pays a lump-sum benefit if diagnosed with a covered condition such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, organ failure, or progressive diseases like ALS or MS. UNUM Short Term Disability
Replaces part of your income if you’re unable to work due to a covered illness, injury, or pregnancy. Benefits can last up to six months and help cover expenses like rent, bills, and medical costs. Coverage is portable, guaranteed renewable to age 72, and offers flexible benefit amounts based on your income.
